My name is Zuzana
Decoster, and I was born and raised in Slovakia before making Oregon my home.
Before starting my real estate career, I owned and operated a successful home
cleaning business where I built lasting client relationships through trust,
reliability, and care. That experience taught me the importance of discipline,
attention to detail, and always putting people first, qualities I now bring
into my work as a real estate professional.

My passion for homes,
design, and helping people through major life transitions naturally led me to
real estate. As a real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Mountain West, I’m
excited to serve first-time buyers as well as those looking for their forever
home in Salem, Portland, and across the Willamette Valley. I approach every
client relationship with energy, empathy, and dedication, making sure they feel
supported throughout the buying or selling process.

Outside of work, I love
living an active lifestyle, from hiking Oregon trails to working out and
spending time outdoors. I also enjoy creative pursuits like photography,
cooking, and gardening, along with exploring new skills and interests. Fluent
in both Slovak and English, I look forward to connecting with people from all
backgrounds and helping them achieve their real estate goals. I’m thrilled to
